Free technical support by e-mail is available to registered users of Scriptolution products. However, we reserve the right to terminate support to users who in our judgement are unreasonable or abusive, or who have problems which transcend the scope of this software.
If you have a problem installing or running your registered copy of the software, you can ask for help by using our products build in support tool or writing to . If you have problems ordering or getting your registered copy, please contact our E-Commerce partner Share*It.

Technical Support Form
Please describe the problem as precise as possible and add a short description how we can reproduce it.
If the application crashs, please send the generated data via the crash dialog that pops up when a fatal error
occurres. Doing this gives us much more precise information and in 80% of all cases we can
fix the bug within one hour.

We have a very simply policy about SPAM. We don"t send it and we don"t support people who do.
